Description

Performs an interpretation of the DGA providing a final NORMAL, ALERT or ALARM diagnosis.

Refer to IEC 60599:2022, Section 9 - Recommended method of DGA interpretation, page 21

If the 'hasCommunicatingOltc' parameter is not entered the value defaults to false.
