Performs an interpretation of the DGA based on the ratio of Carbon Dioxide(CO2) to Carbon Monoxide(CO).

  Probable paper involvement in a fault,
  This sample has a CO value of 1100.00 and a CO2/CO ratio of 1.82
          High values of CO (e.g. 1 000 ppm) and CO2/CO ratios less than 3
          are generally considered as an indication of probable paper
          involvement in a fault, with possible carbonization,
          in the presence of other fault gases.
